Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse ready to shape brighter futures? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated School Based RNs to support students in New Bedford, MA. In this role, you're not just providing care-you're promoting confidence, health, and wellness that helps students thrive in and out of the classroom.
What You'll Do
- Manage chronic and acute medical needs
- Support IEP/504 health plans
- Provide first aid, medication administration, and emergency response
- Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure safe learning environments
- Serve as a health educator and advocate for student well-being
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Pediatric, school based, or community health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Required: O2 Monitoring, Seizure monitoring, Med pass, Diabetic management, Diastat, Behavioral health management
- Additional Skills: G-tubes, VNS, trach care/suctioning, vent, Epi Pen, J-tube, catheterization
