Community Therapy Services (CTS) is hiring Practicum Therapists in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange and Santa Clara counties for our ERA Ed and CAUSE Mental Health Training Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in diverse settings, build relationships with school districts, and gain practical experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You'll actively engage in IEP meetings, collaborate with professionals, and refine your skills in evidence-based treatments under expert supervision.

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive wraparound services to children, adolescents, and families with various diagnostic presentations (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders).
- Individual and family counseling using evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate with IEP teams, including consulting on IEP services.
- Maintain administrative oversight of client paperwork, collateral consults, documentation, and caseload management.
- Participate in community-based counseling/psychotherapy with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Master's program in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Clinical experience with children and/or adolescents preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional growth.
- A passion for serving diverse populations and learning in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
