The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in New Bedford, MA. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Pediatric, school based, or community health experience preferred
- Required: O2 Monitoring, Seizure monitoring, Med pass, Diabetic management, Diastat, Behavioral health management
- Additional Skills: G-tubes, VNS, trach care/suctioning, vent, Epi Pen, J-tube, catheterization
