The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Lakewood, WA. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Required: trach care, oxygen administration, seizure response and management, G-tube management, GJ-tube management, diapering, transfers and positioning, Cortical visual impairment knowledge
- Preferred: pediatric experience, school based experience
