What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.
You will:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
- Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
- Support children through challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
- Track and record behavioral data
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment
- Assist with toileting or diapering when needed
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical development
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (childcare, early childhood, camps, classrooms, etc.)
- Capacity for full-time, Monday - Friday hours
- Ability to meet physical demands (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, engaging in active play)
- Annual flu vaccination
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
