Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a passionate Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our Center-Based ABA team. Designed for emerging clinicians pursuing BCBA certification, this mid-level role offers robust supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful mentorship as you build your skills and hours toward independent practice.

What You'll Do
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in the center-based setting
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance)
- Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management
- Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians
- Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
- Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders
- Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred
- Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish speakers are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
