What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant State's Attorney position at The Stephenson County State's Attorney's Office?
We have two positions open for entry level Assistant State’s Attorneys. The responsibilities of the first position involve the prosecution of D.U.I., traffic and misdemeanor offenses. The second position would involve civil and municipal law. Our County has a low cost of living and great outdoor activities. The successful candidate will be allowed to operate with reasonable autonomy but our office also embraces a collaborative approach to the various challenges that a new attorney may encounter.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
