Compensation: $27 - $34/hour, flexible for an ideal fit

Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: Minimum 1 year. Ideally, about 3 years.
Schedule:
Until November 6th, 36 hours/week (flexible)
- Monday - Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Beginning November 6th, 40 hours/week
- Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Children: The older children attend in-person school 3 days per week and homeschool 2 days per week.
- 2-Month-Old Boy: . Nanny begins infant care when he is 6 months old.
- 5-Year-Old Boy: Outgoing, clever, playful, and full of energy.
- 8-Year-Old Boy: Intelligent, kind, creative, and benefits from support with transitions.
About the Role:
This Heights family is looking for a creative, active nanny who is confident with school-aged children. Their home is busy, loving, and full of personality, so the right candidate should enjoy movement, imagination, teamwork, and shifting needs throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create activities based on the children’s interests
- Support active play, creativity, and daily routines
- Help with homeschool flow without leading core lessons
- Prepare supplies for art, music, lessons, and activities
- Beginning November 6, provide infant care
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Organize child-related spaces
Ideal Candidate:
A warm, high-energy nanny with strong school-aged experience. You are creative, patient, communicative, and steady when the home is loud, busy, or changing quickly.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of childcare or teaching experience
- Experience with high-energy and school-aged children
- Creative, active, and the calm in chaos
- Strong communication and openness to feedback
- Highly attentive to severe food allergies
Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
