We are excited to welcome the newest Area Director of Revenue Management to our Noble House team who will oversee two boutique, high-end, dynamic and fun properties: The Stella Hotel in Bryan-College Station, TX and The River Terrace Inn in Napa, CA.
OVERVIEW
The Area Director of Revenue Management will have strategic oversight of revenue management for both properties. Job requirements include optimizing properties’ top line revenue by implementing successful strategies leading to increased market share. Monitoring all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix and pricing. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operational teams to enhance total hotel revenue in all revenue generating areas, building a strong TrevPOR focused culture across both properties.
We are open to this role being Remote within Texas
Periodic Travel to both properties
2-3 years Marriott experience preferred
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field of work preferred.
- Four years revenue management experience required.
- In-depth understanding of tools-spreadsheets, statistical methods for analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotel’s revenues.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
- Ability to use PMS, reservation and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
