What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Summer Camp Teacher position at The STEAM Generation?
As a Assistant Teacher, you will be professionally trained in our curriculum and work closely with Lead teachers to facilitate programs. Former experience working with children is preferred. The Assistant Teacher is responsible for assisting at a fun science camps. Each week the campsite will be in Dallas, ga for two weeks, M-F. 8:15-12:45pm, June 1-26, 2026.
Responsibilities
Ability to assist in the classroom.
Requirements
- have experience and enjoy working with children ages 4
- have reliable transportation
- have flexibility, excellent work ethic and be dependable have great organizational skills and be able to work independently
- pass a background check
- available to work in the summer in a camp setting

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
