Job Summary
The Station Hoboken is a licensed recreational and medical cannabis dispensary looking for two energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Delivery / Budtenders. In this dual role, you will conduct e-bike deliveries throughout our service area and work the dispensary floor as a budtender when not on runs. This is a W-2 employee position paying $18/hour (plus tips), available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely cannabis deliveries via company-provided e-bike within the approved delivery zone
- Verify customer age and identity at the point of delivery in accordance with NJ-CRC regulations
- Transport cannabis products in full compliance with New Jersey state law
- Assist customers on the dispensary floor as a budtender when not on delivery
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly product guidance to help customers find the right solution for their needs
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain delivery records and chain-of-custody documentation
- Represent The Station professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely operate an e-bike in an urban environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology including POS systems and delivery platforms
- Must be eligible to obtain an NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJ-CRC) Employee Badge — we will guide you through the process
- Prior cannabis, retail, or delivery experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
