Duties

- Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
- Serve food and beverages in an attentive and timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent guest services at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
