The Station on Kings is searching for an engaging, courteous retail associate and host who is passionate about food and beverage. In this position, you will greet customers, answer their questions, and maintain a clean and well-stocked retail and host area. The ideal candidate for this position is committed to ensuring high-quality customer service and the capacity to handle the pressure of restaurant work.
Job responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers, answering questions, using host app and register
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations; answer questions about pricing, ingredients, and sourcing
- Operate POS systems, process payments, bag and package purchases; Handle returns and exchanges
- Restock inventory and rotate products
- Assisting with stocking retail and helping customers with retail questions
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks in the restaurant, such as sweeping and mopping floors
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Organize and distribute mobile and to-go orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
