Station Burger Team Member
The Station Burger Co. at Kentucky Oaks Mall is a locally owned and operated restaurant built around fresh food, great people, and honoring local heroes and first responders every day. We serve hand-pressed bacon-blended burgers, fresh-cut Station Fries, Mikey Mike’s Lemonade, and much more.
We are looking for dependable, friendly, hard-working team members who take pride in doing things the right way. This is not a “boring” kind of job. Our team members help create a happy, clean, fast-moving, welcoming restaurant experience for every guest who walks up to our counter.
What You’ll Do:
As a Station Burger Team Member, you may help with front counter service, food prep, cooking, cleaning, restocking, dishes, lobby upkeep, drink preparation, ice cream creation, and supporting the team wherever needed. We cross-train our team members so everyone understands each other roles andcan jump in and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests with a positive attitude
- Taking orders accurately and helping customers with menu questions
- Preparing food according to Station Burger standards
- Helping cook burgers, fries, chicken, hot dogs, and other menu items
- Making and serving Mikey Mike’s Lemonade
- Keeping the kitchen, counter, dining area, and equipment clean
- Restocking supplies (up to 25lbs) and staying ahead during busy times
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Working as part of a team and communicating clearly
- Taking pride in the food, the service, and the brand
Who We’re Looking For:
The best fit for our team is someone who takes a little bit of pride in who they are as a person. Good qualities we look for include being reliable, dependable, friendly, coachable, drama-free, and willing to work. Experience is helpful, but attitude matters more. We can train the right person.
You should be:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Able to stay busy without being told every single step

- Willing to clean, prep, cook, serve, and help wherever needed

Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen/restaurant environment
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate items as needed
- Must be available for some evenings and/or weekends
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
