Job Overview
We are looking for applicants that can start immediately. While permanent positions are available, this is a temporary/contractor position, so you must have your own equipment. Guards may transfer from a temporary position to a permanent position if they perform well during their temporary employment and meet the qualifications for permanent employment. The pay rate includes the performance-based bonus that you receive for perfect attendance, completing your job as trained to do so, etc. Work locations, times, and duties will vary. The items below are general details for multiple locations. Applicants must be of good moral character, temperament, and physical condition. Duties
- Monitor premises through CCTV and surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities or breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during emergencies or investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or related fields such as law enforcement, military service, or private security is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), conflict management techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
- Strong understanding of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and legal regulations relevant to security operations.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts; good eyesight and hearing are essential for monitoring activities accurately.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
