Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for scheduling appointments, updating demographic information (address, phone, insurance), determining eligibility for the sliding fee discount program, check-out, and cashiering. The incumbent will be expected to report to work in a timely manner and begin work at the appointed time. The employee will have a positive attitude and display excellent customer service skills in all interactions with internal and external customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, WORD, and EXCEL
Proficiency in data entry
Basic knowledge and application of office machines and equipment, including computer, copier, telephone, and fax
Ability to adapt to new tasks and/or situations.
Ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a timely, efficient manner
Ability to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:
Minimum –

Driver's license
English/Spanish bilingual
Incumbent must obtain Incident Command System (ICS-100) certification within 60 days and National Incident Management System (IS-700) certification within 90 days of employment.
Incumbent must complete the Family Planning Title X mandatory trainings within 30 days of employment

Preferred –

Experience working in a clinical setting
Experience verifying insurance coverages
