The State Group is seeking a Site Materials Manager to work on a project site in Perrysburg, Ohio. This project is expected to last 18 months, with the possibility of other opportunities once the project is completed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Schedule warehouse activities, including deliveries to job sites and returns from the field.
- Receive and document tools and materials upon delivery or return, ensuring proper inspection and storage in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct physical inventory, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order tools, materials, and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate stock organization, ensuring all items are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Manage and oversee fleet vehicles.
- Resolve routine equipment issues promptly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- 2 years of construction warehouse experience, preferably with supervisory responsibility.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in the construction industry with advanced knowledge of electrical materials and equipment is required.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
