We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team and lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Starlife Group's digital presence. This role is perfect for a creative, strategic, and hands-on marketer who can build a strong online brand voice and engage diverse audiences, from investors and business partners to residents and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives, brand voice, and project milestones.
- Create monthly content calendars that balance thought leadership, project updates, lifestyle branding, and engagement initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce and oversee high-quality, visually engaging content (photo, video, copy) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Partner with in-house designers, external agencies, and photographers/videographers to bring campaigns to life.
- Write compelling captions and posts that reflect the sophistication and innovation of Starlife Group.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build authentic digital communities around Starlife Group's brand and projects.
- Develop strategies to grow audience reach and engagement across platforms.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation, etc.).
- Use insights to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with the marketing, development, and executive teams to align messaging with business priorities.
- Support corporate communications, press coverage, and investor marketing with social amplification.
- Coordinate with event teams to promote sponsorships, panels, and conferences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of social media management experience, ideally in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or investment sectors.
- Strong portfolio of social media campaigns showcasing creativity, strategy, and measurable results.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for brand tone and design.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or similar) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and content boosting a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
