Job Summary
Join our Loan Servicing Department to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of commercial real estate loan data. You’ll be responsible for timely loan boarding, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Your role includes preparing deposits, managing escrow accounts, and supporting various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in dynamic office environment.

- Handle mortgage transactions, including payments, adjustments, and fee processing.
- Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare management reports.
- Support loan servicing functions like tax contracts and insurance renewals.
- Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties.
- Ability to work onsite at least once per week is required for this role.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in dynamic office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in loan servicing processes and cash reconciliation preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate loans is preferred.
- Experience with general ledger accounting is preferred.
