Beverly Hills, CA – Full-Time
Salary: Approximately $90,000 annual base salary,
Additional bonus based on performance
We are looking for an experienced and dependable person to help manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and work directly with the owner.
This is a hands-on position. The right person will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the properties, coordinate repairs and maintenance, work with tenants, and assist with various projects as they come up.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with residential and commercial tenants
- Prepare and handle residential and commercial leases
- Follow up on lease renewals and tenant issues
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
- Work with contractors, vendors,
- Oversee small renovation and construction projects
- Obtain bids and monitor work being performed
- Coordinate with outside real estate agents and brokers for leasing vacant spaces
- Follow up on showings, applications, and lease negotiations
- Help keep properties organized, maintained, and operating smoothly
- Assist the owner with day-to-day property and business matters
- Help coordinate new projects and follow up with attorneys, accountants, lenders, contractors, and other professionals when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate
- Experience with commercial and residential leases
- Knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems when they arise
- English required
- French is a strong plus
Compensation
Approximately $90,000 annual base salary
Additional bonus based on performance
