The Stand is hiring a highly skilled Dishwasher! Must be available to work 5PM-Close shift.

Overview:

The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas. We are growing fast, with plans to open multiple locations. Our tagline \American Classics...Redefined\ embodies our menu of high-quality classic American food. Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
• Passionate about food
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
• Ability to work well with others
• An overwhelming desire to go above and beyond to provide a great guest experience

* Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities:

• Bussing tables and keeping the front and back of the house clean
• Properly washing dishes
• Taking out the trash
• Opening/closing the dishwashing station and sanitizing stations
• Receiving and organizing produce, paper goods, and dry goods
• Assisting the kitchen as needed
• Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Practicing good safety and sanitation procedures

Working Conditions:

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional use of a step ladder to access high storage shelving
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures

Schedule:

• Shift: 5PM-Close
• Full-time or part-time hours available
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay
• Participation in The Stand tip pool, with average tips of approximately $3 - $4 per hour
