The Staffing Alliance is looking for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate who will work in the shipping department loading and unloading trucks, assisting with production during downtime, using a pallet jack. Heavy lifting is required
Pay and Hours for Warehouse Associate I:
- Pay Starts at $13/hour
- Weekly Pay
- Hours- Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Requirements for Warehouse Associate I:
- High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
- Must have Warehouse/Manufacturing experience
- Must have knowledge of Raw materials, production processes, quality control, other techniques to maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Requires up to 9 hours of standing/walking daily.
- Must be able to individually lift 45-50 lbs. and team lift upwards of 70-80 lbs.
- Must be able to individually push/pull 50 lbs. and push/pull upwards of 70-80 lbs.
- Must be able to bend/stoop/twist, crouch/squat, reach above and below shoulders
- Requires repetitive use of arm, wrist, and hand.
- Must be capable of operating motorized equipment like a pallet jack, forklift of box truck.
- Ability to wear required PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses and steel toe shoes.
