Responsibilities for Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II:

• Must be able to lead other members of the team to ensure completion of necessary responsibilities
• Ensure all machinery, equipment, building structures and facilities are maintained and functioning properly
• Performs maintenance on all manufacturing and facility equipment, such as mold presses, auxiliary equipment and miscellaneous plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical problems on equipment and provide timely short-term and long-term recommendations.
• Coordinates with production and tooling on all issues that are beyond the skill level of the shift team to ensure accurate communication of needs for repair and timeliness for completion.

Requirements for Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II :

• Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years Injection Molding experience required.
• Experience in Automation in a manufacturing environment, responsible for sophisticated manufacturing and automation equipment
• Thorough familiarity with hydraulic function of manufacturing equipment
• Detailed knowledge in PLC programming and electrical controls, as applicable

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
