Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed Urology position
- Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient

Schedule & Call
- 40-hour workweek
- Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
- Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift
Compensation & Incentives
- Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- Quality bonus: 5% annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
- APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
- Additional income through clinical research participation

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
