Center Administrative Assistant for their Sleep Lab.

What
You’ll Do
In this role, you will
work closely with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient
clinic operations and a positive patient experience while assisting with
general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Key
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient
records
- Prepare reports, monitor clinic schedules & assist
with prior authorizations
- Maintain office supplies and support daily clinic
operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients,
providers, and clinical staff
- Perform general administrative duties and other
responsibilities as assigned
What
We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a physician clinic,
hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Experience multitasking, obtaining information,
and scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills
