The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed family-owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are looking to hire a dependable Part-Time Retail Sales Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys an active, hands-on work environment. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service while assisting with stocking, receiving inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store
Schedule
- Part-time
- Consistent weekly schedule with flexibility based on employee availability
- Weekend and some evening availability may be required
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with exceptional service
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the day
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Rotate products and maintain accurate inventory presentation
- Keep the sales floor, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized
- Package customer purchases and assist with carry-outs when needed
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, grocery, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift & lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple store locations
