Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join this client's team! This is a hybrid role combining elements of project management, account management, and customer service for commercial moving projects. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing moves from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, operations, and crews.
- Plan and manage commercial relocation projects from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Create and maintain project schedules, move plans, and client communications.
- Conduct on-site walk-throughs and provide accurate move estimates.
- Coordinate logistics including packing, transportation, labor, and installation.
- Handle billing, change orders, and post-move follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or commercial moving/logistics required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/project management tools.
- Experience in the moving industry or facilities management is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
