The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned hospital in Helena, MT who has a vision of being the gold standard for healthcare and we are looking to hire dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Unit.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate, deliver holistic, family-centered care focused on improving patient outcomes
- Collect, verify, and organize patients’ health information accurately and efficiently
- Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation
- Deliver direct patient care in a clinical setting under the guidance of nursing leadership (Unit Director or designee) and the Charge Nurse
- Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Education & Experience
- Relevant experience demonstrating the ability to succeed as a Medical/Surgical Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
Licenses and Certifications
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required
