The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, seeking Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine and Internal/Hospital Medicine) and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join the hospital's team.

What You Can Expect
Opportunity Highlights
Family Medicine
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine opportunity with established patient panel ready for transition to the incoming physician
- Four-day clinical schedule with one dedicated administrative day
- Broad outpatient practice including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and minor procedures
- 1:7 neonatal call rotation
- Integrated EPIC EMR across the organization

Internal Medicine / Hospital Medicine
- Full-time Hospital Medicine position (14 shifts per month)
- Open ICU with Pulmonology and Virtual ICU support

- Procedures welcomed but not required
- Support from CRNA, Surgery, and Emergency Department teams
- Integrated EPIC inpatient workflow

APPs – NPs/PAs

What We Are Looking For
Family/Internal Medicine Physicians
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine/Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- ACLS certification
- Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
- Comfortable practicing in a collaborative inpatient setting
Advanced Practice Providers – NPs/PAs
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
