The Staff Pad is proud to partner with
a leading healthcare organization in Montana to find a dedicated Medical
Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a collaborative microbiology team.
This is an excellent opportunity to
build your microbiology skills with comprehensive on-site training and work
alongside experienced laboratory professionals.
Schedule: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | 8-Hour
Day Shift
What
You'll Do
- Plate cultures and perform Gram stains on primary
samples
- Conduct PCR, EIA, and EIA-like testing
- Read and work up aerobic, anaerobic, and yeast
cultures
- Perform organism identification, including
biochemical testing
- Complete aerobic susceptibility testing for a
variety of bodily samples
- Work independently on a rotating schedule for
weekends and holidays after training
What
We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology (or
equivalent)
- National MLT certification
- Montana Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT)
license upon hire
- Previous microbiology experience is not
required—comprehensive training is provided
