The Staff Pad has partnered with a personal injury law office in Austin, TX to hire a Recruiter
Mission: Help build a high-performing, mission-driven legal team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, ensuring exceptional service for clients while supporting firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorney positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Support recruiting efforts for select non-attorney roles as needed
Develop and maintain job descriptions, recruitment materials, and postings across relevant platforms
Proactively source candidates through networking, outreach, law school events, and social media
Conduct structured, behavioral, and panel interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Provide hiring managers with updates and recruiting reports
Stay informed of legal industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting strategies
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the firm’s visibility and appeal
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience; legal recruiting preferred but not required
Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, selection, and ATS systems
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Confident decision-maker with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Passionate about recruiting and talent development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
