High-Growth Practice Footprint: Join a leading practice operating across 40 clinics and 15 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)—offering extensive clinical resources and scalability.
Strong Starting Volume: Inherit an existing patient panel while advancing the practice through new business development. Expect to manage 20 patients per clinic day and perform 15 procedures per day at the ASC.
Clinical Excellence & Variety: Perform a wide range of advanced interventional pain procedures, supported by robust clinical infrastructure.
Revenue Model & Ownership: Benefit from a revenue-sharing compensation model, full benefits, signing bonus, relocation support, and partnership opportunities including ASC ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Training: Board Certified or Eligible in Pain Management; training in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or related specialties with interventional fellowship preferred.
Scope: Skilled in both clinical pain management and procedural care; motivated to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial practice.
