Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Oversee and refine core business operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and manage annual operating plans and department budgets.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental collaboration.
Monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Information Systems & Technology Strategy
Direct the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
Lead the organization’s digital transformation and ensure robust data management and security practices.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Cross-Functional Integration
Serve as a bridge between operations and IT, ensuring cohesive planning, implementation, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements for all technology-related services.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in both operations and IT.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Oversee risk assessments and disaster recovery planning related to operations and IT systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and/or information systems.
Proven success in managing enterprise software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
Strong project management, change management, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
