Director of Operations/Information Systems

The Staff Pad has partnered with an innovative and growth-focused organization in Miami, Florida to identify a dynamic Director of Operations/Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee and refine core business operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  

• Develop and manage annual operating plans and department budgets.
  

• Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental collaboration.
  

• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Information Systems & Technology Strategy

• Direct the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
  

• Lead the organization’s digital transformation and ensure robust data management and security practices.
  

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  

Cross-Functional Integration

• Serve as a bridge between operations and IT, ensuring cohesive planning, implementation, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements for all technology-related services.
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in both operations and IT.
  

• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
  

• Oversee risk assessments and disaster recovery planning related to operations and IT systems.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and/or information systems.
  

• Proven success in managing enterprise software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  

• Strong project management, change management, and strategic planning skills.
  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
