What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens
- Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment
- Participate in on-call coverage as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting
- Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field
- National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent
- Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure
