The Opportunity
You’ll have the ability to:
Take ownership of a core practice location
Build relationships with an established patient base
Expand clinical services, particularly inimplants and orthodontics
Rotate across nearby locations for additional exposure and production
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Grow and developimplant and orthodontic offerings
Contribute to cosmetic and adjunct services (including Botox)
Utilize modern tools including digital scanning and imaging technology
Collaborate across multiple practice locations as needed
Who You Are
DDS or DMD (or eligible for Indiana licensure)
Open tonew graduates and experienced dentists
Motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
Team player with a strong patient-first mindset
Interested in expanding clinical scope and long-term opportunity
Schedule
Full-time, consistent weekday schedule
