Our client is a financial institution providing the United States with a safe, flexible, and stable monetary system. They are seeking a Functional Analyst - Workday Finance. In this role you will support the production Workday environment by troubleshooting production issues, configuring the Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes, and support future releases as well as the development of new solutions and enhancements.
This role is onsite in Washington, DC, and, per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions.
- Configuring Workday Finance business processes and functional areas to align with organizational needs.
- Researching and developing solutions to address integration issues between Workday and the Coupa system.
- Managing biannual Workday releases by reviewing new features and implementing relevant enhancements.
- Documenting project deliverables, including requirements, design documentation, and test results.
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field, or equivalent experience.
- Must have 4-10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
- Proven ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions within Workday Finance.
- Experience performing regression testing on the application and integrations in preparation for upcoming Workday releases.
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Orchestrate, Studio, and EIB.
