Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, PECI, and Workday Extend).
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
- Manage and guide the integration team throughout all phases of the system development lifecycle.
- Partner with Workday functional leads, business stakeholders, and Federal IT teams to ensure integrations meet security and performance standards.
- Develop detailed documentation, testing strategies, and deployment plans in alignment with Federal IT and data governance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange across systems.
- Serve as a key liaison with vendors and client leadership on all integration-related matters.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance (required at the time of application).
- At least one full Federal Workday implementation
- 7 years of experience with Workday integrations, including hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Deep understanding of Workday HCM architecture and security.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in an onsite, secure Federal setting.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-agency teams.
- Workday Integration or Workday Pro certification preferred.
