Miss Martha's Creative ELP and The Sprouts Program are seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team. We are a boutique, relationship-focused childcare program dedicated to providing exceptional care in a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive.

Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 20–32hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible schedule with the possibility of additional hours as enrollment grows.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
- Supervise and interact positively with children throughout the day.
- Support learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain open communication with families and coworkers.
- Follow Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations.
- Assist with classroom organization, meals, diapering/toileting (if applicable), and daily routines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children preferred.
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Must be dependable, patient, energetic, and a team player.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay
$20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
