Irrigation Technician / Customer Service Rep

The Sprinkler Guy is hiring someone who likes fixing things and working with their hands.

If you've worked on cars, equipment, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, construction, or farm equipment, you will likely pick this trade up quickly.

You do NOT need irrigation experience.
We train the right person.

We are a small, professional irrigation company servicing residential sprinkler systems. The work involves diagnosing mechanical problems, repairing underground piping, and restoring systems to proper operation.

Technicians follow structured diagnostic and repair processes to ensure systems operate correctly before leaving the property.

This is a hands-on job for someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems and working outdoors.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential sprinkler systems

Work with:

• PVC pipe
• Poly pipe
• Irrigation valves
• Electrical wiring
• Controllers

Perform:

• Spring system start-ups
• System repairs
• Winterizations (blowouts)

Operate irrigation equipment and compressors

Walk properties to identify irrigation problems

Communicate findings with homeowners

Document work in company job software

Technicians are responsible for completing scheduled work, maintaining tools and parts inventory, and documenting property changes after service.
