About Us:

Our in-house therapy team is dedicated to helping residents reach their highest potential — and we're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our family.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents improve communication and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary rehab and nursing teams.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
- Educate residents, families, and staff to promote carryover and understanding of therapy goals.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (state of practice)
- CCCs preferred
- Skilled nursing experience a plus, but not required
