The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. From self-care to meaningful daily routines, your work helps residents regain independence, dignity, and confidence—one task, one goal, one day at a time.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges impacting daily living
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic recovery
- Document therapy sessions and progress toward treatment objectives
- Educate residents, families, and staff to support continued success
What You Bring:
- Active Arkansas OT license
