About the Role:
The Maintenance Director will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate services with other departments, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You'll also lead a team, manage work schedules, handle administrative tasks, and maintain equipment and supply levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance functions and staff
- Schedule and assign work orders
- Complete necessary reports and safety documentation
- Implement safety and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Minimum 10th-grade education (technical school preferred)
