The DON will be responsible for maintaining a high level quality of care for residents, overseeing the entire clinical team, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all state and federal regulations.
We are looking for a candidate that possesses strong leadership skills, is a critical thinker, has a comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care and Post Acute nursing, understands the clinical complexities of today's market, and has the ability to educate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Must posses current RN license in Arkansas.
2 years of DON experience preferred (negotiable)
