The DON position is to ensure organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of Nursing Department.The DON works hand in hand with the Administrator to provide quality care and good outcomes.
Preferred applicants would have leadership experience either as a DON or ADON and at least 5 years' experience in Long Term Care.
All applicants must be registered nurses.
Salary in negotiable based on experience.
