Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans

Provide support and education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs and goals
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
