What We're Looking For
- 2 years of senior living sales experience
- Will consider: hospitality management, hotel sales, property management, event sales — if you can build relationships and close with integrity, we want to talk
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
- A track record you're proud of — occupancy numbers, conversion rates, relationships built
- An engaging, warm personality that makes people feel at ease in hard moments
- A genuine love for seniors and the people who care for them

What You'll Own
Sales Leadership
- Set the standard for how we show up for families
- Build and deepen relationships with referral sources, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners
- Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process — no pressure tactics, ever
- Drive occupancy through relationship-based selling that reflects who we are
Marketing & Community Presence
- Plan and execute events that connect The Springs to the broader Scottsdale community
- Represent Stellar Senior Living as a trusted resource — not just a community, but a partner
