The Springs of Magnolia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function, you'll enjoy making a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and improve quality of life

• Perform swallowing assessments and recommend appropriate interventions and dietary modifications

• Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive resident care

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards

• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

What You'll Bring:

• Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or eligibility if applicable)

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Flexible PRN availability
