The Springs of Magnolia is looking for a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and maximize independence, you'll find meaningful work in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence

• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional, coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards

• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

What You'll Bring:

• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
