The Springs of Magnolia is looking for a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. What You'll Do:
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
What You'll Bring:
Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
