We’re currently looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our caring and collaborative therapy team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Carry out treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement
Monitor and document resident progress and communicate updates to the OT and care team
Support resident motivation and participation in therapy activities
Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and support staff for coordinated care
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited COTA program
Current Arkansas COTA license (or eligible for licensure)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with older adults in a long-term care setting
