Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive, physical, and sensory-based interventions
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
